To be honest its time to start sueing the living hell out of Microsoft. These vulnerabilities have been around for over 10 years and they have done nothing to block their ability to f’up things. First $100 billion lawsuit will magically produce a patch that prevents this.

We need to start treating malicious hackers and ransomware criminals as pirates were treated in the 18th Century:

Hunt them down. Use our Special Forces. Summarily execute them after extracting every piece of knowledge from them about their associates.

Tar their bodies and prominently display them in various appropriate places.

These people are going to do serious damage, and not just to your family member whose medical records are destroyed or your bank account that will get wiped out.
