An ongoing disagreement between a major Houston hospital’s management and its nursing staff continues. Houston Methodist Hospital is requiring that all staff be vaccinated against COVID-19, with the exceptions of religious objection or health. Staffers were told to get the vaccinations or they no longer have jobs at the hospital.

The FDA signed off on the covid vaccines as well.

My wife and a SIL were active RNs all of their adult life for up to 50+ years. So, they still have a lot of contacts with RNs. They are hearing the same thing from about 50% of those RNs. “No Vaccine for me or they just got one and returned to work.
An adult Grand kid just became a new RN. She and 40 to 50% of her RN peers and docs in the same age ballpark (20-late 50’s) are not opting for the vaccines. They are in good health and have no horrible lurking diseases. Also, more than likely they got an early exposure to the virus and are now immune.
About the same is happening in our military. About 40-50% are saying, “No vaccine! We are healthy, we live and work in close quarters and probably had this crud and are now immune.”
We are in the process of having a lot of outside repair done on our home and have had up to about twelve, 20-40 age guys with no vaccinations working on the outside. We are seeing/hearing the same thing from them, “No Vaccination for me, and/or I probably had this crud last year or this winter/spring.”
Basically all of our relatives, friends and peers including us (ages 75-85) have been vaccinated, and we are still alive and enjoying our getting back into life.

Forcing experiments on human beings was stopped with blood shed by U.S. soldiers. If you want to sign up for experiments, that's your prerogative, but saying that officers of a korporation have the right to force employees to do it is the definition of Nazism.

You want the government to tell companies what they can or can't require of their employees.
It has long been public policy for public schools and universities to require proof of vaccination or immunization for students and staff to a host of diseases, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Polio, etc. Those vaccines however have a track record, and have been Approved by the F.D.A. after extensive clinical trials over the course of several years demonstrating their safety and efficacy.
(All that went out the window as a practical matter, with illegal aliens from across the world pouring across the borders put paid to that lie. I’ve no idea how they handle this now. Extremely Poorly, no doubt.)
The SARS/Covid-19 vaccine has no such approval, it has an EUA, or emergency use authorization.
Federal law is very clear on this, no one can be forced to participate in clinical trials or coerced in any way to take an emergency authorized experimental drug. “Fully Informed Consent”.
Now all of this is pretty much academic, because “the law”, even black leltter Federal law, doesn’t mean fu?& all anymore.

So...a company can tell you that you must change your skin color, your religion, your ethnicity, your age, your sex, your sexual orientation, etc., because they're a "private company and it's their own affairs".
Yeah...your lawyer may want to have a word with you - to tell you they cannot represent you.
Then why aren’t influenza vaccines mandated by schools?
If flu vaccines aren’t mandated by a company or institution, good luck making an argument for forcing CoupFlu vaccines on people, especially while they’re still under EUA.
BTW, if the vaccines are so great, why can’t folks get them from their docs?

At first it was more efficient to give the vax to “mass” vaccination” sites.
But now they’re given to GPs to dish out.
There’s over a thousand shots in an order of Pfizer and it spoils in (I think) 2 weeks and then has to be thrown away.
Unless other states are different from mine, they do not have a religious exemption for only certain sects (e.g. Sunni Muslim, Amish, et.). Any and all who have religious convictions contrary to vaccines can opt out. Our surrounding states are the same
A mass exodus of nurses will result in unnecessary deaths due to hospital negligence! Prime time lawsuits! From victim reps AND nurses!

We have gotten that from new RN’s and ones who have been around. If they are mid 50 age wise and under with no great health problems, they are not getting the vaccine.
About 50% are saying no now.
They know the stats. So, they and many of the docs in the same age group are saying no.
About the same % of our active duty military are saying the same thing. . With close living and working quarters, more than likely they had a mild case and now are immune.
More than likely in the last year plus, the RNs and Military probably had a mild case of Covid 19, and God vaccinated them at that time.
