She’s telling the world that she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing, she knows it and the giggles/cackling is nothing more than a defense mechanism to not have to face reality.
She’s the employee that has a good resume, gets hired, screws up everything they touch, when pressed for an explanation of their failure they cannot provide one....but....you and HR know that you cannot fire the person, so they just get a free ride and they know they’re untouchable.
We all need to be cognizant of the fact that she was one of the most hated people in Congress, was the first to bow out of the campaign, couldn’t get 1% of the vote in her home state, had no money....CornPop had no support, no money, was on his way out until the puppet masters bought off Bernie(again), pumped a bunch of money into his account.....ANNNNNNDDDD....these two were the most popular Presidential ticket EVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
