with all the illegal drugs being legalized, car jackings are where the money is.
Gangs use kids to conduct a lot of their crime. They get tried as children. A person under 18 committing a crime with a gun in Chicago will be home for dinner. Won't spend a minute in jail.
I saw a video taken from a police vehicle parked outside a pizza shop with the cop standing right there, and a carjacking took place in the car RIGHT BEHIND the police car, on video.
Amazing.

Well my old truck isn’t worth anything on paper, but it’s my only transportation so woe to the little prick that tries to take it.

I never made that connection!
‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’ has seen carjackings and car thefts go through the roof.
Of course, it’s just ‘kids out joyriding’ according to the Madistan Chief of Police! *Rolleyes*

One thing that’s hard to come by are statistics on recovery. Excluding those that end in crashes, if most of the cars are abandoned and recovered, maybe it’s joyriding. If not, I can’t think of any options other than export or chop shop.

Depends on what vehicles they’re stealing. Could well be the contents. Could be a rite of passage in some areas. Could be economic, cars not being recovered would tell us that.
Democrat municipalities dismantled law destroyed police morale.
Burn Rome and rebuild it appears to be the democrats grand master plan hey China has the money democrats have the land.
