If the last month has taught us anything, today’s conspiracy theory could easily be tomorrow’s commonsense truth. The speed at which the Wuhan Lab theory as the source of the Covid virus went from “thoroughly debunked” to “Viable” and “Probable” in the media was extraordinary. Indeed, the media scorned the possible source of the most economically destructive virus in history – one that is credited with killing 3 million people – because they didn’t like the then-President of the United States!
Despite the fact that the lab in Wuhan was one of the only places on earth where scientists were studying such viruses, that 3 Wuhan employees went to the hospital in November 2019 with what turned out to be Covid symptoms, that the NIH had actually been funding “gain of function” research in Wuhan focusing specifically on the transmission of such viruses to humans… we were told the Wuhan “China virus” theory was a racist conspiracy theory!
As much damage as Covid did – and far worse, the “lockdowns” it was used to inflict – that’s nothing compared to the damage another “conspiracy” has done and will do. That, of course, is the “thoroughly debunked” notion that the election of 2020 was stolen, and that Joe Biden is in the Oval Office today because of election fraud. But of course that’s just some tin hat conspiracy theory. We’ve been told that “There’s no evidence of election fraud” and Trump “Lost Nearly 60 Election Fights In Court.” The latter of course is fiction.
Given that we heard similar things for the last year about the origins of Covid, the question is, what happens when proof unequivocally demonstrates that the election was indeed stolen?

Since the 2020 election Andrew Wilkow is the only person I’ve heard discussing Perkins-Coie lawyer Marc Elias going to battle in courts in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin to effectively change the election laws without the respective state legislatures months in advance of the election. Extended deadlines, dropboxes, no signature verification, no security emvelopes, etc.
This assumes that the audits like the one going on in Arizona is going to have any impact, and I don't see that happening. What you are going to have is what we have now. A large percentage of the population who already believe that the fraud occurred are going to believe the audits and use them to justify their position. Another large percentage of the population who don't believe fraud occurred are going to discount the audits and point to the audits and recounts the states performed after the election. The remaining percentage of the population will remain unmoved.

“Debunked” is fast on track to being a word that is even more misused than “literally”.
It means disproved, which is a high bar. It does not mean the absence of evidence or only the presence of inconclusive evidence.
What if? The same thing will happen as when it was apparent to anyone with a functioning mind that the election was stolen the morning of November 4. The Uniparty (R) will again start working like hell to cover this fact up. Why would the Uniparty change? You expect Roberts or Wray to ride to the rescue? NOTHING will happen even with additional proof of the theft.

If anyone really believed it,all we would be hearing 24/7 from CNN/MSNBC etc is about the Biden 81 million votes he received.

The best that can be hoped for is states that have Republican legislatures tighten election laws and stop as much election fraud as possible.
Even if absolute fraud is proven and people get punished there is no way Trump is put into office, that can only happen in 2024 any suggestion otherwise is pure folly

Since there are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction over what is a reserved State power.
