I agree. But I’d love to have majority to stop judges, voting rights bill and infrastructure bill. I know it’s not perfect having a RINO, but for now, it better.
So then Sen. Schumer is going to run people like Bernie Sanders against all Democrats if Dems believe that being left is the best way forward?

I bet there are a least a handful of other Dem Senators calling both Manchin and Sinema at night thanking them all the while condemning them to the cameras each day.
All Demos are corrupt. These two are just holding out for pork.
I only boycotted the GA runoff because I’m not from GA. I guess we all should try to register in as many states as we can since IDs are not required.

Richard Shelby did the same in Alabama (also a bright red state). Went up against Bill Clinton on a ‘stimulus’ bill, then Clinton tried to punish him by moving a handful of jobs from Alabama to Texas...then Shelby flipped parties and won every election since.
So I agree with you, Manchin already had significant Republican support, just to hold his seat in WV, and if he does switch, he will be GREATLY REWARDED by his voters for stopping Biden...he’ll be all set.
