Good.

The sad thing about the Tea Party is they thought the generic Rs were on their side.

They aren’t so it’s time to toss them this time.

“It’s working.”

Yes, so far from what I’ve seen in GA, AZ and SC.

State legislatures and the Congress may have a lot of fresh faces after January 2023.

The Deplorables bib overalls were clean and ironed, galluses fastened.

Odd thing: Gallus is from Scottish usage, including for regular suspenders on pants as well as overalls, and it was a word derived from “gallows.” Gallows Origin
Old English galga, gealga, of Germanic origin; related to Dutch galg and German Galgen; reinforced in Middle English by Old Norse gálgi.

Odd, to me, that we wear galluses and will send convicted Deep State criminals to the gallows after proper trials, to avoid our being sent to gulags. Weird relationship.

Politicians really do not realize that they are outnumbered.

Well this all the behind the scenes GOP people but in a way, they are king makers. Repubs in office have no choice but to go to these GOP conventions and if they’re booed off the stage, fat chance in winning again. Precinct committee people are the ones who GOTV and spread the word, distribute yard signs etc.

If conservatives in every state took over their local GOP and then county GOP and then State GOP, those state precinct people are the ones who vote for the head of the RNC. It would take several years but it could be done. Ronna (Romney) McDaniels could be ousted in time. MAGA Conservatives could hold the purse strings. Mitt can’t win with no help from the GOP.

I was a delegate to the Cobb County (GA) repubbie “convention” in early 2016. Sobering to see the absolute terror and worry in the GROPElite establishment types at even the mention of Trump - even in such people as Bob Barr (ex-”conservative” candidate for president).

When a conservative upstart was elected head of the county GROPE for the next two years, I am positive that that was the moment the establish-types (the ones that gave us Rats Sec of State, Loeffler and Perdue as Senate replacements for the visibly very sick Johnny Issakson) deliberately worked against the Cobb GOP re-election campaigns.

These evil people plan, long term. Is it possible that they wanted Issakson out of their way to set Georgia up for the presidential race?

Actually, it appeared to be the opposite: They desperately wanted Isakson to “stay in his (safe) Senate seat” and re-run for the next six years even though he was desperately, visibly ill and had lost a lot of weight. Perhaps to “replace him after the election” with another candidate? (Eventually, they ended up with the Perdue-Loeffler pair with both running as failures!)

Instead, they could have had a solid candidate in 2016 for the entire 6 year term. Now, they lost both seats. And the presidency.

I was at one of the first big Tea Party meetings in Oregon.
Local and a few National GOP politicians were clearly pretty scared and we didn’t know why.
Now we know.

I like this "bottom-up" approach. I hope it takes hold across the nation.

We saw what happened when we elected Trump in 2016. We put him in office at the top level but with the entire GOP downtree chock-full of RINOS who leagued with the Democrats to stop his MAGA agenda, his effectiveness was blunted. He's only one man.

Imagine what a Trump second term would be like if he has a MAGA (and not RINO) GOP majority in Congress.
