TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Republicans will decide Tuesday whether their standard bearer to take on Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy will be a strong supporter of Donald Trump or a well-funded establishment-backed candidate who hardly mentions the former president.
Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. in primaries for governor and the state Legislature, which has every member of both houses up for election this year.

There’s two guys. Hirsh Singh and Phil Rizzo.
They’ll likely split the Trump vote and the Christie clone will ride up the middle.
I don’t know enough about NJ politics to say which guy is better.
Don’t know why Trump didn’t endorse, except that he always wants his endorsements to win and he may feel that either of the two guys wouldn’t. But he spends a lot of time in NJ and probably knows these guys.

The Trump guy is actually Hirsh Singh. His literature is slaying the others who have at various times laid into President Trump in typical GOPe or Never Trump fashion.
Former campaign manager for President Trump is Brad Parscale who is said to be doing campaign work for Hirsh Singh.
Based on what I’ve seen from all the campaigns, it’s very clear Hirsh Singh is heavily going with the MAGA message.
It’s not even close for second. It’s just Hirsh Singh and then GOPe.
Rizzo is not the Trump candidate. He’s not even a Republican.
He’s more of a one man Never Trump kind of candidate than MAGA.
Hirsh Singh is the full-fledged full-throated MAGA candidate.

Cittarelli opened his big mouth and dissed Trump in 2016, he lost me then, not because he wouldn’t support Trump but because he had to make a big spectacle of announcing it. Singh is just a guy who keeps running for ioffice and losing.

She wasn't what she turned into. I first met her when she was telling a bunch of teens about the wisdom of the Framers. She was a very responsive Representative, (One of the replies I received from her was a multipage hand written letter.) for a while at least. I also liked that she brought national attention to our District unlike Sleepy Rodney, e.g.

I don’t know who Slerpy Rodney is so I didn’t get the reference. I live in MA. But I saw a PBS documentary years ago on Fenwick and was impressed.
Rodney Frelinghuysen. He was the Representative here for 20 years or more. Get along, go along Rodney; the quintessential, non-wave-making RINO.
