George P. Bush now dubbed '47' (dream on, Bush's!)
washingtontimes.com ^ | 6/3/21 | Jennifer Harper

It’s official. Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush has his eye on becoming the next attorney general of Texas, perhaps a stop on his way to a bid for U.S. president in future years.

He is the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, nephew of former president George W. Bush and counts former President George H.W. Bush as his grandfather.

He is also one of the few Bushes who is friendly toward former President Donald Trump, a phenomenon cited by Politico, MSNBC and other news organizations which note that the 45th president still has many fans in the Lone Star State.

Meanwhile, the younger Mr. Bush has notable skills and an authenticity that could appeal to voters of many persuasions.

He is an attorney, former Navy Reserve intelligence officer, a married father of two and speaks fluent Spanish, an influence of his mother Columba Bush, who was born in Mexico.

It's quite possible he's a good civil servant.

But the people have had enough of this particular oligarchic family.

There’s only one bush I like, and his name isn’t George P.

It’s going to be a very interesting primary against Attorney General Ken Paxton who has had legal issues looming over his head in Collin County, Texas for the past 6 years. I do not believe that GPB has ever practiced as an attorney and likely has no experience that would qualify him to be an attorney general. He is well-spoken, young, photogenic, and did not apparently inherit his dad’s dullness - all qualities that help a politician, but the Bush name isn’t what it once was here in the Lone Star state.

“speaks fluent Spanish, an influence of his mother Columba Bush, who was born in Mexico.”

P’s other option, and one I could support, would be to run for presidente of Meh-e-coh.

Exactly how I feel. America should not be a monarchy. No more Bushes, no more Clintons, etc.

It's quite possible he's a good civil servant.

Except he is trying to unseat a pretty solid conservative.

No way I would ever vote for a Bush again.

Grandfather voted for Hillary.

W didn’t support Trump.

Jeb is ... well, Jeb.

They say they’re pro-life when seeking office but then seems almost everyone of them then comes out as pro-choice. They’re frauds. They’re globalists. They’re elitist RINOs. They’re #nevertrumpers. No Way! No Bush!

Bovine feces. He's sucking up to Trump to use his endorsement to advance his own career. Let's not forget that he comes from a family of snakes, and a larger cabal establishment traitors.

No more Kennedys.

No more Clintons.

No more Cheneys, McCains or Bushes.

Why not? The Republican Party is a subsidiary of Bush Global, Inc.

One of a legion of politicians and pundits who discovered long ago that there's big money to be made in pandering to conservatives.

If it’s between a Bush and an Al Gore? Come on. The primary will the care of it. And if the governors race is between P. and Beto? Think again.
