I saw Francis Collins on Martha’s show yesterday and he did not do well, at all. I thought she could have - should have - been tougher, but he still came across as a weasel.
With respect to Adm. Giroir, it was my impression last year that he may not have been Trump’s most reliable team member on this issue. But, given his post-tenure media interviews, he certainly isn’t a fan of Joe Biden or Tony Fauci which I find...surprising and more than a little refreshing.

No evidence, except for the fact that viruses are constantly evolving, and many closely related coronaviruses have been isolated from bats and other animals.
Were humans responsible for the Black Death? For anthrax, smallpox, cholera, influenza, Naegleria fowleri, Trypanosoma cruzi, and any other of a host of organisms that cause fatal human disease? If nature has already proven itself capable of evolving deadly human pathogens throughout all of history, then why is it so hard to believe that nature produces deadly coronaviruses (there are others besides Covid-19)?
There is no evidence whatsoever. Who cares about something else. We are talking about this one. If there was any evidence it was natural, the Chicoms would be hanging their hat on it.
