or most of last year, the idea that the coronavirus pandemic could have been triggered by a laboratory accident in Wuhan, China, was largely dismissed as a racist conspiracy theory of the alt-right. The Washington Post in early 2020 accused Senator Tom Cotton of "fanning the embers of a conspiracy theory that has been repeatedly debunked by experts." CNN jumped in with "How to debunk coronavirus conspiracy theories and misinformation from friends and family." Most other mainstream outlets, from The New York Times ("fringe theory") to NPR ("Scientists debunk lab accident theory"), were equally dismissive. (Newsweek was an exception, reporting in April 2020 that the WIV was involved in gain-of-function research and might have been the site of a lab leak; Mother Jones, Business Insider, the NY Post and FOX News were also exceptions.) But in the last week or so, the story has burst into the public discourse. President Joe Biden has demanded an investigation by U.S. intelligence. And the mainstream media, in an astonishing about-face, is treating the possibility with deadly seriousness.

This assumes the MSM are interested in the facts. I kinda doubt that.
You cannot embarrass today’s media.
The MSM is an embarrassment.
This is just 1 out of ten thousand examples of corrupt media fraud.
Exactly. I suspect more often than not the corrupt MSM knows the truth but if it doesn’t advance their narrative then they hide from it.
In all likelihood a 3-year old could have uncovered this, it has been this obvious. They have spent the last 18 months running away from and covering up this truth because would have supported Trump and they can’t have that at ANY cost.
And what about Bannon’s War Room Pandemic? On it since January 2020, replete with Bill Gertz and the lab theory and Dr. Li Minh Yan, a defector who laid it all out.
New Squeak has this story?
It’s too bad no one reads them anymore.

no
they are pointing out how Amateur Sleuths got together and now what they did is going mainstream
they went thru 1000’s of documents, many in Chinese, and found out tiny details
They talk about the media like they are not the media.
Fox News does that a lot.
Otherwise known as basement dwelling kids in their pajamas on the internet. That was what Peter Jennings called real journalists. He no likey.
This info was on FR since dec 2019 & Jan 2020, corrupt msm, corrupt liberals, corrupt deep state, they couldn’t all be that stupid, well basic liberals are.
Well I read about 80% of it but my eyes started to glaze.
First, I am impressed by the devotion these people paid to this and how incredibly smart they must be.
I almost understood it all but had to apply most of my brain.
It all makes sense to me. Nine people died of a SARS type virus by digging the poop in some bat mine.
It goes on with this player and that player and this one lied and that one lied.
Not quite as clear is did China deliberately genetically alter the Covid virus with this bat mine virus to create a new virus. and if it did, was it China’s intent to attack the planet earth, specifically America?
Right now there’s pretty much proof that the bat mine’s virus was somehow mixed with the Wuhan Institute of Virology to create a new virus.
Was it all an accident is what I’m saying here?
New Media Today s a Joke. Unfortunately, Not A Funny One.
This was in Newsweek?
Modified limited hangout.
Exactly! In order to be embarrassed one must possess components of character such as conscious; integrity; honesty; compassion; humility; work ethic. You know, all those things today’s media lacks.
“Was it all an accident is what I’m saying here?”

No.
It was all designed with one goal in mind: Removing Pres Trump from Office.
I agree with you.
But first, they will say it WAS an accident.
Second, that long piece in Newsweek proved a lot but not enough proof why it was done.
Still, China attacked us. Whether for ridding President Trump....could be. Also other benefits.
Like Newsweek is not part of "the Media."
