Aren’t there penalties for lying to Congress?

Yes, if he was under oath. FauxChi has broken many other laws which include crimes against humanity. He'll never see a court room because RINOs, err, Republicans do not fight.

There's a few exceptions (Jordan, OH), but not enough with a spine to make a difference.
