This is very clearly and logically presented, and it should be taught to students everywhere.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard these bogus arguments from leftists and idiots, but then, I repeat myself.

Because if you never have to defend your points of view, there is a very good chance you don’t really understand them, and that you hold them the same way you would hold a prejudice or superstition. It’s only through arguing with contrary viewpoints that you come to understand why what you believe is true.
Part of the "dumbing down" that's been going on.

Orwell envisioned Government Censorship and Propaganda.
He did not envision Corporate Censorship and Propaganda by those Loyal to a particular Regime and Political Movement.
Apparently our Founding Fathers made the same mistake when they granted Constitutional Rights to a “Free” Press.
They never imagined a “Free” Press would align itself with Tyranny.

It could be said that Social media has grown beyond being mere private entities. The have become de facto public utilities. But before we make that leap, their behavior surely resembles that of publishers, and they should therefore lose their 230 protection. If they lose their 230 protection, they can be sued for every image posted that violates copyright law.

For example, the government has a duty to protect you from being attacked by a hostile mob that doesn’t like your ideas or having your public speech disrupted by a heckler’s veto. I disagree with that. What he is saying is that government has the duty to censor others who are opposing what you say. That's not what the First Amendment is for. You have the right to say what you want, I have the right to disagree and to let you know that.
