There's a much better chance that he is looking at data from countries with ineffective vaccines from China. His statements about ADE are vague, speculative and premature. There could be problems, that's always a possibility. But the evidence points in the opposite direction right now. Vaccines are working.
It did say in some of the writings and videos I saw that he did use Africa as some of his data but a lot of it was in French rest homes as well.

Either way I doubt we will know whether the supposed vaccine or the testing using a swab for either discovering covid or infecting people were the problems for several years to come. My guess is they will be studied to death by many since lawsuits will probably be in the works.
