The federal government on Friday said employers can offer incentives to employees who receive COVID-19 vaccines without violating federal anti-discrimination laws, an announcement that comes as several states have launched programs to increase inoculation rates.
In an update of its COVID-19 guidance, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission also said employers could require all workers physically entering a workplace to be vaccinated against the coronavirus but that federal law may require the employer to provide reasonable accommodations for employees who aren’t vaccinated because of a disability or religious belief.
Employers are allowed to offer incentives to employees who receive vaccinations through their employer or an affiliated agent so long as the incentive is ''not so substantial as to be coercive.''
''Because vaccinations require employees to answer pre-vaccination disability-related screening questions, a very large incentive could make employees feel pressured to disclose protected medical information,'' it said. ''However, this incentive limitation does not apply if an employer offers an incentive to employees to voluntarily provide documentation or other confirmation that they received a COVID-19 vaccination on their own from a third-party provider that is not their employer or an agent of their employer.''
The EEOC also said employers are required to keep their staff’s vaccination information confidential.

Marc Freedman, vice president of employment policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, told The Wall Street Journal that the guidance should help quell concerns about returning to the workplace.
''To the extent that employees are concerned that coming back to the workplace will put them at risk of getting COVID-19, anything that helps an employer get more employees vaccinated will help make the case that the workplace is safe,'' he said.

Which differs from pre-pandemic conditions how?
I wonder if some of those employers are more afraid of being held liable for death and disability from spread of COVID-19 (by not mandating the "vaccinations") to employees AND CUSTOMERS than they are from death and disability as a result of the "vaccinations" to the EMPLOYEES alone.
Is there a "hold harmless" clause for employers forcing the "vaccines" on their employees?
Is VAERS being edited to hide the damage from the "vaccines"? If they could cook the election results, they could do the same with VAERS.
Or...perhaps some pharmaceutical company will mandate their employee's take whatever experimental medicine they are working on.
This stuff has to be fought and fought hard.

In a more reasonable world...since covid is everywhere, it would be orders of magnitude more difficult to prove in a court of law where someone got infected with it than to prove someone died from vaccine related complications.
Well that all fine and dandy for when there is a fully approved vaccine but what about one o.k. for emergency usage? My understanding is that mandating a person receive one of those is not permissible.
Businesses (in general) are neutral on this; they want to make money and they don't want lawsuits.
It may be rare that someone catches the Wuhan Flu and dies from it, but Americans are litigious to a fault. Nobody has to die from Covid; they only have to catch it and then turn around and sue their employer for allowing them to be exposed to it. (Think of secondhand smoke.)
Personal injury lawyers lost a lot of business last year because of the decline in outdoor activity. I think it's safe to say that there are personal injury lawyers who would be parachuting in from anywhere to help someone sue an employer.

The PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is almost 100% inaccurate at 35 cycles. All PCR tests monitored by the CDC are set at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC acknowledges that tests over 28 cycles are not allowed for a positive reliable result.
This invalidates over 90% of the alleged Covid cases / “infections” detected by the use of this incorrect test.
In addition to the incorrect tests and fraudulent death certificates, the “experimental” vaccine itself violates Article 13 of the Geneva Convention.
Under Article 32 of the 1949 Geneva Convention, “mutilation and medical or scientific experiments not required for the medical treatment of a protected person” are prohibited.
If even one person in a workplace tests positive for Covid and another comes down with it, it's a fight no business wants to take up (win, lose, or draw).

I know a lawyer who says he can make a dang good case about that same employer forcing Muslims, Jews, and Vegans to eat pork, shellfish, and peanuts.
The vaccine is no different.
If unions still existed to protect their workers and not line their own pockets, they would be suing every employer who mandates their employee's inject experimental medication as a condition of their employment. Every civil rights organization and constitutional group would do the same.

In many places, they are offering gift cards and entry into lottery drawings for cash prizes. Imagine the number of people out there who will literally do anything for free money and stuff. They'll be getting injected dozens of times at dozens of different places to get the freebie's and a chance to get some big money.
Now, if people want to be stupid to do that...one could argue that should be their right. But, it will lesson the availability of vaccines for those who voluntarily want to get it and it will cause financial issues too. Family members suing governments (taxpayer money), increased medical costs to those on "welfare" (population more likely to abuse such a system)...etc. etc.
Far too many people in positions of power/authority have lost their minds over this covid stuff.
