That is understood. But does his action rise to the level of mutiny? Or is the definition broader than I assume?

He will become a martyr. They are fools to prosecute him for what will soon be considered a very brave effort to save many lives.
This is what the Nazi’s did with those in the military who tried to fight against their atrocities.
Forced vaccinations are not a moral or ethical kind of conduct to be ordered by military officers. When many die from the vaccinations, will Canadian officers argue, “Just following orders?” This is what the Nazi’s argued at the Nuremberg trials just before they were hanged for their crimes against humanity.
