The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) will no longer search for or release records stemming from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests surrounding Hunter Biden and his firearms.

According to the Bureau, there are “substantial privacy interests” surrounding the requests.
And they see no such privacy issues when they make public announcements confirming that mass shooters passed background checks? They see no such privacy issues when they demand Trump turn over his tax records? They see no such privacy issues when they “dox” people who disagree with their politics? They see no such privacy issues if they get a story from “anonymous sources” that will destroy a republican’s reputation?
