Madigan had his daughter as Illinois AG for a while, and like Obama having a fellow-travellers Holder and Lynch as head of the DOJ (and conversely, Trump having a traitor) she probably kept any investigations suppressed
As such, why did Lisa Madigan decline to run again? Especially since that’s about the time this ComEd scandal erupted. And where has she gone?
