Good evening, radu...hope you are cooling off. All sunshine here today.

Got up at 2:45am hoping to see the eclipse, but too low and too many trees to the south.

Howdy, Kathy.

We did cool off a little today and are even getting a little rain this evening. I do mean a little since it's only sprinkling. Oh well, we'll take what we can get.

A shame you woke up and weren't able to see the eclipse from your house. There was much more eclipsed there than we had here. I was able to catch a little of it when it broke through the clouds.
But I watched the "show" over Anchorage on the Lake Hood cam thanks to a cam op showing up and zooming in on the moon. I just noticed that the timestamp on the scap I got was 2:51 a.m. your time. This is what you missed ....
