I worked my ass off to get where I am at. If I enjoy cruises and want to sail on 37th cruise I have no problem with the nothing burger vaccine. It is exactly 12 weeks since my 2nd jab of Moderna, and I am more healthy now than before the jabs.
It is all because of this exercise for 35 minutes EVERY DAY in the air-conditioned private community gym. And no, I do not take any HCQ/Zinc, and Ivermectin. The exercise every day is better than anything artificial medicine or supplements. The Florida sunshine, many fruits and vegetables & lean meats are keeping me in amazing health and energy. When I am in a large store, I noticed I walk faster than anyone in store, younger or older.

Regular Exercise beats them all! I plan on posting another exercise video at age 100. I heard regular exercise is a cancer preventer as well. I wish all FReepers follow my exercise advice. The benefits are beyond anything I had imagined.
Enjoy the cruises, but stop pushing for everyone else to put their health at risk with an undertested experimental gene therapy (as Moderna admits) just so you can “feel” safe.
You’ve said you’re not pushing for them, but too many are too quick to characterize opposition to them as anti-science fanaticism.
I never try to PUSH vaccines on anyone. My only point is to assure those on sidelines to describe them my experience with the vaccines at age 81.

For the exercise. Yes, it helps, unless it doesn’t; there are reports to VAERS of high-school athletes with severe side effects the day after the jab, with NO known related pre-existing conditions, for conditions which are very very rare at that age (protein in urine, cardiomyopathy).
Who wants a vaccine bought and payed for from Bill Gates and Fauci?
