LMAO. The viral vector J&J vaccine is designed to enter the cell nucleus. (still doesn't change human DNA) If you had bothered to read the information you asked me for, you'd have known, this. Or perhaps it's beyond your ability to comprehend.

Proteins that fold improperly may also impact the health of the cell regardless of the function of the protein. When proteins fail to fold into their functional state, the resulting misfolded proteins can be contorted into shapes that are unfavorable to the crowded cellular environment. Most proteins possess sticky, “water-hating” amino acids that they bury deep inside their core. Misfolded proteins wear these inner parts on the outside, like a chocolate-covered candy that has been crushed to reveal a gooey caramel center. These misfolded proteins often stick together forming clumps called “aggregates.” Scientists hypothesize that the accumulation of misfolded proteins plays a role in several neurological diseases, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and Lou Gehrig’s (ALS) disease, but scientists are still working to discover exactly how these misfolded, sticky molecules inflict their damage on cells.
One misfolded protein stands out among the rest to deserve special attention. The “prion” protein in Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, also known as mad cow disease, is an example of a misfolded protein gone rogue. This protein is not only irreversibly misfolded, but it converts other functional proteins into its twisted state.

One other problem with the adenovirus jabs (in addition to the ones mentioned in this article) is that one of you pro-jabbers posted a link which *proved* ("SCIENCE!"™ again) that spread of the mRNA is impossible. Too bad the link they posted was a Tweet from someone talking about a foreign manufacturer of an adenovirus jab where the viruses were undergoing recombination while still in the manufacturing plant. Which is "supposed" to be impossible, because certain genes were "supposed" to be removed from the adenoviruses at an earlier stage of the process. And then they lied about that batch being used in a Phase 3 trial, IIRC to The Lancet.
If it can happen by accident, it can happen on purpose.
See, if the virus undergoes recombination, it can spread the genes for spike protein to other viruses.
And, if the adenovirus (you know, "cold viruses" in common parlance), have the ability to swap genes and replicate...through a lab accident or an "accident" *cough*, then the genes for making spike protein are out in the wild.
You do recall that there was a problem with an early batch of polio vaccines which actually gave people polio, right?
Not saying it must happen, or is even particularly likely, but it's the kind of thing the smug "because SCIENCE!"™ crowd assures us is impossible.

Harvard had a study a couple days back where they measured spike protein in the blood of injection recipients a day after the shot; the concentration went down as the levels of antibodies went up.
But the issue there, is that all the "best" people smugly assured us that the injections would stay harmlessly in the muscle of the injection site; despite experiments in mice which showed mRNA in all sorts of tissues, including crossing the blood-brain barrier, 24 hours later.
Question is, what happens with booster jabs? (Remember, by definition, the booster jab is "necessary" because the immunity has *dropped off*...so the mRNA and spike proteins for the second jab won't all automatically get neutralized.)

We can fix these treatments, and we now think we know how.

The focus here is AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
Both use more traditional methods of vaccine delivery.
Neither use mRNA like Pfizer or Moderna.
The issue you and other Anti-Covid-Vax Trolls were yelling about was the new use of the mRNA cells and those vaccines altering DNA, which of course they do Not.

The issue is that there are demonstrated problems, with the jabs that enter the nucleus, which have nothing to do with altering DNA.
And the other issues is simply the human trials were too small and hurried to show a lot of the effects.

Because nobody predicted ANYTHING from the adenovirus shots except flawless execution of producing perfect spike protein every time, and only in the muscle cells in the immediate vicinity of the injection.

Even the most common and one of the oldest drug on the market, ASPIRIN, can cause stomach bleeding in some folks.
There is NOT A SINGLE DRUG, a SINGLE VACCINE, A single MEDICAL PROCEDURE, etc which are all 100% safe. Patients have died from colonoscopy, tonsil removal, appendix surgery, on and on.
But logical & intelligent people use all of above because the percentage of bad things happening are smaller by orders of magnitude than benefits.
Life is never 100% pure. We must play the odds. I exercise daily knowing some people have dropped dead during exercise with heart attacks. Young football & basketball players have dropped dead during games. But since the odds are very small, we continue to pursue them.
