Isn’t Allegheny County a Demorat stronghold?
When I lived in Pttsburgh area I was stunned how the people there stand in lines, drive in lines even when there are several lanes, and do so even if lines aren’t required. I often thought these people are ‘followers’ and easily led.
The City of Pittsburgh is, and some of the nearer suburbs, but I live in an outer suburb and it is half and half if not leaning GOP. When I voted in November, longest line I ever stood in to vote.
