Biden Administration Undermines Public Safety by Ending Bristol County, Mass., 287(g) Program: Why would you not want to deport child rapists, arsonists, and carjackers?

The Biden administration seems to be upset that the successful 287(g) program in Bristol County, Mass., has resulted in the identification of illegal aliens arrested for child rape, assault, strangulation, arson, attempted murder, armed carjacking, breaking and entering, and identity theft, and they plan to put an end to this public safety program immediately, no matter the cost to public safety. This is consistent with the administration's enforcement priorities and would ensure that countless criminal aliens are released into our communities.

The 287(g) program, created by Congress decades back, allows local law enforcement to enter into cooperative agreements with federal immigration authorities to assist with the identification and processing of removable aliens arrested for violations of criminal law. Local law enforcement that partners with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) receives weeks of training on how to identify removable aliens that they encounter during their routine enforcement of state and local criminal law. It’s a commonsense program considering that local law enforcement, not ICE, is often the first to encounter criminal aliens.

The program has led to the arrest and removal of thousands of dangerous criminal aliens. In fiscal year 2020, state and local law enforcement trained under 287(g) encountered approximately 920 aliens convicted for assault, 1,261 convicted for dangerous drugs, 104 convicted for sex offenses/assaults, 377 convicted for obstructing police, 190 convicted for weapon offenses, and 37 convicted for homicide, to name a few crimes.

As of May 2021, ICE has 287(g) agreements with 71 law enforcement agencies in 21 states. ICE has an additional 76 agreements in 11 states based on a more narrowly-focused version of the program.

Below is a sampling of criminal aliens encountered by the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office since October 2019. These case studies highlighting the effectiveness of the program are contained in a monthly report produced by ICE’s 287(g) Unit. The monthly reports are available online.

It is almost hard to believe, but these are the very types of aliens DHS Secretary Mayorkas does not want ICE to take custody of and deport:

In addition to President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas, a handful of members of Congress are also calling for the release of child rapists, armed carjackers, and other criminal aliens into our communities. Those members of Congress from Massachusetts pushing for an end to the Bristol County 287(g) agreement include Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Edward Markey, Rep. William Keating, Rep. James McGovern, Rep. Lori Trahan, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Rep. Jake Auchincloss, Rep. Seth Moulton, Rep. Katherine Clark, and Rep. Richard Neal.

NO BORDER PROTECTION WALLS TORN DOWN
What are the effects? Conservative news sources better be reporting Criminal activity and costs to the locality caused by those who should be referenced as the INVADERS because the term “illegals” has been banned.THEN RAISE THE ISSUE IF AMERICANS WERE DOING THIS TO MEXICO WHAT WOULD HAPPEN ?? ALSO POINT OUT THE 2ND CLASS TREATMENT AMERICANS GET IN MEXICO
It is time we reassert our; pardon my using what that one worlder’s call a cussword, SOVEREIGNTY, and consider applying RECIPROCITY. Give the the same treatment an American gets in Mexico The Demorat party ignores what any any citizen of America gets in Mexico .Illegal or legal enty by a Gringo ?No Mexican tax money goes into free legal assistance, paid motel rooms for sneaking in, or subsidized living as well as free medical assistance all not being paid at the expense of the average struggling working tax paying Mexicans .

.Our border with Mexico has always been contentious not only with smugglers but on ocassion with Mexican bandits and military using Mexican Claims ,Allowing potential hostiles to the US property ownership to happen in those states could lead to serious problems in the future. There are constant claims that crop up by Mexican politicians that some of our southwestern states are Mexican territory.
.What Yahoo and CNN and the alphabetical swill mills won’t report this; Here’s aMexican Senator who recently said Mexico should take back states;
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-mews/3754791/posts Mex House speaker http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3756257/posts

Worse yet Huge ammounts of taxpayers funds are being given to illegals through taxes which are being passed on to our children’s children along with jobs which should be going to black Americans property ownership by illegal (another word banned ) is used in states which Mexico has previously claimed espcially Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado and of course California .That could be used to support any reclaiming effort should regime changes in Mexico arise . Our border with Mexico has always been contentious not only with smugglers but on ocassion with Mexican bandits and military problems which General Black Jack Pershing put down.

What never gets mentioned is that 2nd class treatment Americans get in Mexico in all of this Our allowing the hordes illegally entering the US through the Mexican border and granting them rights American cannot recieve in Mexico even when legally migrating there. We have avoided recognizing and dealing with the 2nd class treatment that American citizens get which is in their constitition while legally residing in Mexico.That includes denial of voting privileges but employment, and land ownership in their name.

.It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements.

. If we applied that reciprocal policy . Would that continue ? By.prohibiting and strictly enforcing existing laws prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced these problems would drop loke a rock. .In other words Once we remove the incentives to Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning this stuff would stop.
