A year ago this week, Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on the neck of George Floyd for nine minutes and 29 seconds, killing Floyd and setting off months of protests against police brutality.
Chauvin was convicted of second and third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter after a jury trial in March.

FReepmail me to be added to the list.
It’s not about remembering the dead thug.
It’s about creating a fictional narrative.
Every sane, rational human being knows that Floyd was a felonious thug, and that he had over three times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system the day he died.
These leftist morons continue to create their fairy tale heroes.
And it might even be about setting off a bunch of “superspreader” events...as well as an excuse to

All cops stand down!
Such a void left in all our hearts with the tragic, unfathomable loss of this fentanyl-addicted, funny-money-passing ex-con.
Since they were pulling charges out their asses, why didn't they convict him of Carnal Knowledge while they at it?
The beatification of Saint George of Fentanyl.
I honor him every time I push down the handle....
+100
I notice that that fellow with the axe had zero trouble tearing down the “George Floyd Shrine” the other day. I guess they didn’t have any of that $27 million from the city they wanted to allocate to produce anything more substantial than paper mache.
But if you dare point it out, you’re a racist. At least by the left’s standards.
...giving clear public warning to potential patients and donors not to trust a medical staff that believes in fiction.
His memory is not deserving of honor. He was a piece of sh*t drug addict/criminal who overdosed himself with fentanyl.
Nothing at all to be proud of.
St. George. The patron saint of thugs! This is beyond ridiculous the way the American left is canonizing this career criminal and drug addict!
Who cares? They call me a racists, I say “what is that?”
Sounds like time to dump in the cesspool treatment.
Never heard of him.
