I have been attending the Windham NH 2020 Election "Audit" in person, attending just about every day for several hours. It has been going on for 2 weeks and will end this Thursday.
The November election in Windham found that the machines that count the paper ballots shorted 4 GOP State Rep candidates 300 votes each approximately - and gave 1 Dem State Rep candidate about 100 votes too many. A hand count for the State Rep race candidates was done, ballot by ballot, and that is how these discrepancies were discovered. The total number of ballots cast was 10,006 -- a "small town's" election.
An official forensic Audit was then approved by the NH legislature, and another hand count was done last week, along with testing of the voting machines with two" test batches" of ballots, both flat ballots and folded, mail-in "test" ballots, this past Saturday.
I watched all of this, and here is what I saw.
Having said that - the "paper fold" hypothesis on the mail-in ballots seems to be providing the best, fairly innocuous explanation of what happened to the GOP State Reps' undercount of about 300 votes.
The cause does seem to be simple voting machine error in this case, and appears trivial -- rather than nefarious or malicious. A fold on the paper appeared numerous times on the mailed in ballots. This repeated fold or crease EXACTLY overlapped onto a democrat State Rep candidate's oval ("bubble") on many of the ballots. When a Republican voted for the 4 GOP candidates, the Dem's oval was ALSO "read" as a 5th phantom vote, due to the bump and shadow formed across the paper ballot in that location on the page. Since only 4 candidates can be selected, that "5th" phantom vote caused the result to be an "overvote" for those ballots -- and the machine voided the 4 votes cast. So the GOP's got undervotes, and that Dem candidate occasionally received some fake votes, thanks to the "bump" caused by the crease on the folded ballot. Yes, pretty stupid. But it appears that's what happened.
I would like Jovan Pulitzer to inspect these results. However, the "test" paper ballots (with folds, to create "bumps") were run on Saturday, and we watched as the tests did report high error rates for the 4 GOP candidates, as the hypothesis expected - and I witnessed it in person.
I am as paranoid as the next conservative about what happened last November - I think Trump won, and was cheated. But in the case of the small town of Windham NH, it really does appear to be a dumb machine error combined with poorly positioned candidate names near the "bump" formed by folds on the Mail In ballots that were misread by the machines.
Of course, CNN was there today (Monday) -- and will probably pull a "Baghdad Bob" and say: "See?? ALL the US States' 2020 elections were fair - nothing to see here! Biden is President. Move on!"
But that conclusion would NOT be supported by Windham's audit --- since other states' election audits involve use of much more sophisticated voting machines than the NH machines we mostly (80%) use. The Windham machines are very primitive, like "Scantron" machines teachers use to score quizzes. They are not connected to the internet, and they just tabulate the votes they 'see,' including mis-reads (due to mail-in folded ballots that have fold across areas that could trigger phantom votes and therefore an "over vote," which cancels the GOP legit votes we saw on the ballots).
This audit ends on Thursday, I will be attending tomorrow.
We need to say what is true, not what we "imagine" happened.
You can critique my analysis, but as a long time libertarian and voter whose level of trust in government reached zero well over 20 years ago, this is what I saw .

Soros did not jump out of a closet or anything like that, during the 2 weeks I attended - but Windham is a small town, heavily RED and very pro-Trump, where people know each other and are very respectful of rules and laws. I cannot say the same for big urban areas in other states now under audit - and run by extreme Marxists and union thugs and with large leftist college and university campuses encouraging non-resident votes, multiple votes, trucked in votes, and pizza boxes over windows etc. NH has some urban areas that are more corrupt and harder to monitor as an "election observer" - such as Manchester (where I was appointed a GOP observer last Nov. 3 - in that city I saw some hinky things - but that is for another post). The errors always goes against the Republicans and for the Democrats. In this case there was a 1,300 swing against the Republicans out of 10,000 votes. That's a 13%.
That doesn't sound like nonsense.
It is possible that the placement of the candidates “near” folds” was deliberate. You are correct.
But I’m not sure that will be investigated. The NH legislature wanted to get to “Why” it happened - not “Who” may have placed a candidate’s name near folds, etc.
If this was, in fact, just a stupid mistake in terms of a ballot’s design in relation to the folds, it does make NH look good!!! NH small towns seem to be run with a great deal of care & transparency.
NH is America’s “Adults State”. :)

All the Republicans won. That didn’t change.
A dem was the one who called for a recount, because her initial loss was by about 44 points. The recount made her LOSE by even more points, LOL!
She thought she’d find more votes, but - it got even WORSE for her - she lost another 99 votes. The R’s increased their wins by another rouhly 300 votes each from the hand-recount. Hahahaha!
those machines need to be examined at the machine code level. until you do that, with computer engineering expertise brought to bear, you can’t be sure of anything.
