The Biden administration has once again alluded to the idea of using budget procedures to get around Republican opposition to the president's infrastructure plan – with Pete Buttigieg referencing another path if negotiators advance by Memorial Day.

... Or you all can follow the Constitution and debate the Bill in the open, then have an open vote; recording who voted for and who voted against.

It really isn’t that hard to follow the actual LAW.

If they had followed the Constitution, the Kenyan from Indonesia would not have been sworn in in direct violation of the Constitution.

They will.

Regardless of the bills, I believe this president and his minions will almost always bypass Republicans.

Clean Bills that require 2/3rds vote for any spending over a specific amount, like 10 million. That way, necessary spending would move forward and political spending would not.

It’s all kabuki theater to get Manchin and Sinema on board. So long as they have them then they have the 50 votes and Harris as tie breaker.

A rule of thumb for congressional pubbies should be to cooperate with Biden’s rats in bipartisan accord the same way the rats did with President Trump.

These jerks need to hear only these few words:

2009 Obama/Biden infrastructure bill - SHOVEL READY JOBS.

Cut out everything before “”SHOVEL READY JOBS”” and make it easier for them to understand. Joe needs to explain why when he was put in charge of accounting for that infrastructure money, he FLUNKED!

Or perhaps just one word - SOLYNDRA! How easy it was for the people to forget! They need to be reminded!

The Washington Post should consider covering the story AGAIN:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/specialreports/solyndra-scandal/
