I am almost a UFO buff and have watched the UFO “community” breathlessly watching every turn in Washington asking, “Are they about to tell the truth about UFOs?” Now the government is talking and I don’t believe a word of it just because it is the government. Their revelations and releases surely presage something or are directed to create some effect with our enemies or some expectation in the population. Such revelations must have some unannounced purpose that is NOT what would seem obvious.

Definitely a red herring.

UFO
Unidentified Flying Object.

If the government thought they were alien spacecraft, then they would be Identified. Right?

Sucks to be a “believer”, don’t it? You should really get your brain checked for cognitive dissonance. You will hurt your family if you continue undiagnosed. A friend of mine had it, probably from high school football. He believed EVERY conspiracy. He died young of an easily treated illness because he wouldn’t go to a doctor or hospital; instead, he turmeric and coffee grounds. He was estranged from his family because they couldn’t stand his theories and denial.

This UFO crap is the most asinine distraction from what is truly relevant.

If Greer is right then they will push the threat narrative and a possible FF alien invasion as foretold by Von Braun. But I disagree with Greer on all ETs are good.

Every human "believes" stuff they can't prove.

Ultimately we all rely on sources we trust--and they may or may not be correct.

Arrogance and certainty in beliefs is as big a mistake as believing every conspiracy theory.

Nowhere is it written that we hairless apes have a right to know what is really going on in the universe.

Agreed...

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12 - KJV

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12 - NIV

“Don’t look over here. Nothing to see. There ain’t a damn thing more important UFOs to be concerned about”

That’s all it is.

BTW - Elvis just flew by!

Denial is a belief.

Better keep an open mind about this stuff for you'll be disappointed.

Yep.

The folks who say they've been abducted say it's like a gang rape.

That doesn't sound friendly to me.;-)

That said, Greer seems to like it.

But all that may be changing thanks to Republicans.

Republicans? Could we get one of the craft to scoop up Kevin McCarthy?

We are living in a time when people will literally believe anything.

Most today believe we found a the “gay gene”.

Most today believe a “vaccine” kills a virus.

Most today believe in “anthropogenic” - “climate change/global warming”.

Most today believe there is value in, or do not question at all, the value of “at will” - “mass printed” - fiat currency and have been conditioned to fully embrace, praise/defend total digital “money”.

etc, etc, etc...

On top of that —

“The coming of the lawless one [The Anti-Christ] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” 2 Thessalonians 9-12 - NKJV

That there is life somewhere else in the vast expanse of the universe is not in doubt.

But whether it is intelligent enough to be able to travel through that vastness is harder to prove. To date there isn't a shred of evidence to prove it actually exists. Grainy black and white video and odd reports here and there from ''former'' US fighter pilots, hair style challenged tv personalities and odd ball ''UFO experts'' can't and haven't proven anything. Anyone, with even a junior high school understanding of astrophysics knows that according to all the known laws of physics such interstellar and intergalactic space travel is impossible to undertake.

Agree.

I don't anticipate much truth from any government report sometime soon.

But there is so much credible sighting report data and so much has been suppressed since the late 1940s that I personally think we will be told the real story when the other beings decide to tell us. Not until.

I have never seen any sort of mysterious object and talked with only one person in my nearly 75 years of life who did. A young college woman and her female friend were looking across a lake from a wooded shore in Michigan and a shiny item emerged from the water, making waves, hovered a while and moved a little to the side, then plunged back down, making waves. "Well, I think we just saw a UFO," she said.

and the tooth fairy, and winning the lottery, and big mansions in heaven...

It is sad to thing of believers, it is immoral to encourage them. If you are able, you should be ashamed.

Cuz I tried pulling that crap on my mom when I was 14. (late 60's)

I don't believe a single individual just happens to have made contact or gained such knowledge.

IF it is alien, it is clearly still probing, AND there is no reason to believe the craft have crew on board.

If not alien, there is no crew, simply due to physics.
