Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis hinted that he has much more planned before his political career is done.
There has been considerable speculation that should former President Donald Trump not run for president again, DeSantis would be a leading contender in 2024. The governor has not made any announcements about his future plans, including a potential presidential bid.
There’s no way Trump will not run in 2024.
Good chance Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will be his running mate and VP. Hope he’s the right guy to take over the reigns in 2028. He’ll need an iron will, an unflagging readiness to battle the Left, Teflon skin so nothing sticks, and a full suit of thick asbestos to ward off the fire-breathing dragons of the Left.
He also needs a vison that goes beyond government being the answer. The answer is NOT government, but our constitutionally protected FREEDOM which made our land good and great and will again.
Trump won’t be running if he gets beat in the primaries. Assuming he’s got that locked is a big mistake, as was thinking he’d run over the worst candidate in the history of this country.

The Republican Party was also a drag on his reelection efforts. They didn’t want him. And make no mistake, they still don’t want him back.

The American people, overwhelmingly, wanted him. They are the ones that count.

I hope he is in a Primary battle to sharpen his attacks. He is at his absolute best when he’s being viciously attacked.

Of course he CAN’T run if he gets beat in the primaries...(?!) But what is the world makes you think he would even get close to getting beat in the primaries?
And he DID RUN OVER the worst candidate in the history of this country. Trump legitimately won in a landslide. The Left cheated and stole the election.

There's no doubt that Democrats took advantage of mail in ballots. But what FReepers refuse to recognize is that there were a lot of "Karens" in suburbs or Atlanta who did not approve President Trump's handling of the coronavirus.

I am willing to bet PDJT will not run in 2024 or 2028. He now likes his role as king maker and majority of candidates endorsed by him have won elections. Trump will not have the energy to conduct 100 campaign rallies for the 2024 election. He is getting older by the minute. Unless Donald Trump starts jogging 3 miles everyday, forget 2024.
If President Trump decides to not run in 2024 and DeSantis is the candidate, he has my vote.
If there’s no fraud, doubtful, Republicans across the board should win in a landslide.
