I had a hard time with it, but I’m only a lowly family practitioner of 30 years, with more than a passing interest in virology, infectious disease, allergy/immunology.
Just a note here, in case such a scenario should arise: Back in the dark ages of pre-molecular biology the “central tenet” of biology was DNA produces RNA which produces PROTEIN.
Stanley Prusiner tuned that on its head when he proved that the several spongiform encephalopathies such as Kuru, CJD (and BSE, Scrapie) were caused by PRotein Infections OrgaNisms: PRIONs.
I’ve got a pet theory that injecting synthetic mRNA (keep in mind, NO organic chemical process is 100% accurate, I can guaran-freaking-tee you SOME of those mRNA strands are NOT exact copies of the desired spike protein epitope mRNA) into a living organism MAY have as disastrous down-stream unpredictable results as the PRIONs have.
When some outside stimulus calls for a cell to produce a protein, DNA is transcribed into an mRNA strand (several of them) and sent to the endoplasmic reticulum of the cell where Ribosomes transcribe the mRNA into proteins which are used in the cell, or sent OUT of the cell.
What mechanisms SUPPRESS the DNA transcription process? Negative feedback from the mRNA concentration? The end-product inhibiting signals leading to their production.
I don’t know. It’s been 30+ years since I took molecular biology at UCSD under the tutelage of some awesome professors/staff.
So artificial mRNA is brought into cells to produce proteins, what shuts off the production?
What happens to the “mutant” proteins produced by the inaccurate mRNA copies out of the lab?

I’ve had COVID19, as did my wife. Decades in the Army, combat zones, incoming rounds in our helicopters from Khmer rouge ‘92-’93, mine fields, incoming mortar rounds to our camp, I NEVER felt closer to dying than the month I was sick with the ‘rona. My wife was hospitalized, it was horrible.
That said, I would NEVER get any of the vaccines for it and, as I’ve already HAD the virus, studies are showing that’s as good (better) than the vaccine.

Morons wouldn’t mask up or be careful indoors for a deadly virus that has killed over 600,000 Americans, but they’ll put on a mask and socially distance for a stupid theory from a quack. I’d say it’s unbelievable, but this seems normal for America in 2021.

After the mRNA delivers its instructions the proteins are made and the mRNA dissolves and no more is made. mRNA doesn't last very long. Basic biology. The cells don't live forever either. Even if theoretically this mRNA had supernatural powers and didn't dissolve and the production continued nonstop the cell would eventually explode and that would certainly end any further production.
