I remember reading a commentary in the 90’s about a New Age group holding a conference and one guy started talking about the Age of Aquarius is upon us where mankind will enter an “Enlightened Age” and those who hold on to old time religion, orthodoxy, patriarchal mentality, or family values will disappear. They will be removed for ‘education’ or ‘annihilation’ if they cannot be re-educated and reintroduced with New Age principles.

A guy in the audience asked will all of those who disappear commit suicide?

The dude was adamant that NO they would not commit suicide. It’s a purposeful disappearing act.
