Why would the Dems want to arrest him? Trump a martyr and out of power is the dream 2022 GOTV issue for the GOPe. Guarantees them the House. It’s not going to happen.

My point is that he chose to use other means than fighting. He did not fight. All his detractors are living and breathing completely unscathed.
Iran is perhaps the best example of his Modis Operandi. Rether then fight, President Trump chose to place crippling sanctions and withdraw from the bogus agreement. He did so knowing that the Binding sanctions in addition to the devastating attacks on the nuclear facilities by Israel would do the job.
He was correct.
He made no such similar actions at kill off those who shouted Russia, Russia, Russia. He did not raise a finger to fight those actually killing him
He feared drawing blood and could not fight
He was one of the greatest Presidents to ever serve the American people

well they can’t get to extradition unless they have a valid indictment and arrest, and Trump’s lawyers — if competent (ahem) don’t get it quashed.
But I checked. The law in Florida DOES give the Governor of Florida an unusual involved and powerful role in extradition.
There was a lot of talk about whether an arrest warrnt in New York would be honored in Florida to arrest Trump.
Gov. DeSantis would have the power to block it.
The Governor has the power to conduct an investigation into the validity of the indictment and arrest warrant from another state.
So Governor DeSantis could investigate and say “Naah.. Not gonna do that”
I agree. They just want his name in a bad light. No one believes it and the dems are only making him stronger. He tries to go away and has been surprisingly quiet. They keep his name out there.

Trump's choice of lawyers in recent years leaves a lot to be desired so that's a big if.
DeSantis can delay it but he can't block it. Not unless one of four requirements are not met: 1) the extradition documents are not in order, 2) the person has not been charged with a crime in the state requesting extradition, 3) the extradition request is for the wrong person, e.g. they really want Donald Trump, burgaler, and request extradition on Donald Trump, real estate tycoon, or 4) the person to be extradited is currently serving time in the state. Article IV, Section 2 is pretty clear about everything else.

I honestly don’t know how you can say that Trump “doesn’t know how to get things done”. His record of “getting things done” was astonishing during his 4 years.

We are in the same situation that Solzhenitsyn described in the Gulag Archipelago-— how much will the American people tolerate of this constant ramping up of Anti-Constitutional and Anti-American “social justice” camouflaged as “doing right”— as described by the paid off corruptocrats who promote the agenda. That is to say— there is a point (and it is happening in very suppressed reported events) at which people will take no more.
To date the answer from the gubmint monsters is to drive the “accused” into poverty from the process of the litigation, not by proving an action as a crime. They have made huge slates of new “crimes” as they voted to legislate them— to justify the actions. Conservatives know this— regular people know this. These crazed people doing this- need to know their days are numbered, politically, and otherwise- should they continue. Better to remove them from office- out of power.
