Don’t the state legislatures have power to correct and overturn elections within their state?? In our constitution, the state has all powers not spelled out in the Constitution for the federal govenment -10 Amendment. The control of elections is specifically given to the States. Why can’t the state therefore proclaim an election conducted by the state null and void???

They can - though in the case of the 2020 Presidential election, all of the states bypassed their chance to do so before the electors voted. And then the state and Electoral College votes were confirmed as acceptable by Congress. So, tat vote in particular is done.
