Seeing as the whole name change is because he is delusional and thinks he’s a she, using the name Caitlyn for a man named Bruce is pretty much accepting the whole “trans” thing.
If he changed his name from Bruce to Robert or Michael, then I would accept the name change, no problem.

Ours too. Bruce will a.ways be male, albeit a messed up one, no matter what he does to himself. Sadly pointing that fact out in places like colleges will get a teacher or professor fired/cancelled that is how messed up society is now
I decided to switch my NP career to psych and i am now completely bewildered by all of this. I can’t even tell you how many of these teens are CONSTANTLY in and out of ER’s, wadding themselves up into FITS of rage because no one will cow tow to their preferred pronouns.
It is making me rethink my career altogether. I am just done with the business of trying to treat everyday Americans, especially young children and teens to young adults — they are all colossal MESS.
I feel for you. I certainly would not have the patience to deal with such nonsense. I think a good psych person would need to be capable of not caring in a sense, and really just going through the textbook motions, knowing that they will .ikely never break through to the folks because the brainwashing the folks got from public education is too thorough. It’s a hard business.
