The last remaining World War II Nazis are living comfortably at home in Germany, leading normal lives and, in some instances, are still proud of their participation in one of world history’s biggest atrocities.
In the chilling new documentary “Final Account,” out Friday, British director Luke Holland, whose grandparents were killed in the Holocaust, interviewed several former Nazis about their memories of the murderous Third Reich. It took him 10 years to track his elderly subjects down and capture them on film. And Holland himself died in June shortly after completing his movie.

It would seem to me that some people are evil and enjoy being evil.

The Nazis were a brutal passing footnote of horror compared to communism. Indeed as bad as fascism is without the help was it took all that racists, Christ-hating, Neopagan BS to create a form of fascism worse than communism gets on its own with no further help needed.
Small wonder then that Hitler praised Islam and why there are Muslims who still praise Hitler.

Leftists? Ehh...maybe some, here or there (eco-worship, obssessive focus on the human body, rampant homosexuality, etc), but really, the use of that term suggests they fell on a spectrum of legitimate political differences.
Nazis were whatever they needed to be at whatever time they needed to be. Their goal was boot-stamping-on-a-human-face-forever power for the so-called Arian so-called race.
Great Britain benefitted from the sense on Hitler’s part that its people fell roughly within that category. (Hence the mysterious lack of effective aggression against the British Army during the final days of its retreat from the continent.)
Anyway, the owner, his wife and I became fairly close due in part, to the fact I was managing his company. So we had some pretty in-depth conversations. Turned out he was a full-fledged denier of the holocaust. He said there was no way it happened because Germany is a small country and logistically impossible for that many (12 mil ttl) to be killed. That was his logic. He still had his dad's Nazi uniform btw. Probably worth a bloody fortune by now.

Hanna Reitsch was a very interesting person. She was a fanatical Nazi (just as AOC is a fantastical socialist). Reitsch was one of the few women to earn the Iron Cross. She survived WW II, and went on to establish some gliding records.
I’m also sure that she would have instantly shot an innocent, crying child, had Hitler ordered it.

Plenty of people were sent to the gas chambers upon arrival at the camps, and plenty more died of disease and malnutrition while at the camps. Holocaust deniers don't want to accept the fact that the Nazis didn't have to murder a large number of prisoners outright, because thousands, perhaps millions of slave laborers died as a result of being overworked, and starved to death by the Nazis working on their various pet projects.
government allows people to remove themselves and give a person a level of ego centric personnel deniability to there actions....the old I was just fallowing orders or its the law I have no choice. If you want to be a moral person that means a willingness to Quit and take what ever loss personally you are going to take.
