America’s next history making foreign born non-natural born president, circa 2076 if America’s still alive.

No, it’s first was the Kenyan Obama.
It’s second will be the Indian Kamala Harris

This one will be a same sex throuple with non-biological parents born on foreign soil.
That’s what makes it historic. The rest of the contenders until then will be just another child on non-citizen parents etc...

This is taking offshoring of jobs a bit too far.
All of this is a psyops to destroy any citizen’s loyalty to the place of his or her birth. Can’t have “America First” or any loyalty other than to the behind-the-scenes global regime.

I don't quite get where the legal authority is coming from here. USCIS has the ability to naturalize people, but only under authority given by Congress. The State Department has the power to determine if a person born abroad obtained US citizenship at the moment birth (this is a subtle difference from naturalization), but also under terms defined by Congress. In any event, this seems to contradict the law passed by Congress.
Two of my children were born abroad, and a US consular officer determined that they were US citizens at birth by virtue of both parents being US citizens. The officer had the authority to request a DNA test, but opted not to do so.

I’m with you.
Unless, of course, somewhere in the fine print the clowns in Congress have completely given up such menial tasks since they have so many other important things to do.
