So now, degrees from the California University system will be worthless pieces of parchment whether you studied Law, Engineering, or Women’s Studies. Just great. Cool! Now any employer will be able to see which applicants not to hire if they want workers with reality based, usable qualifications-reject those grads of the U of Cali System and any other university that does not use ACT and/or SAT scores for admission, etc-an employer can cut the cost and effort of hiring/training/paying severance to someone hired for a position they are not qualified/inappropriate for-way cheaper than affirmative action hiring...
