filtered or not, its just disgusting. Its bad enough when we have a heavy rainfall and the Milwaukee sewer system’s giant holding tank threatens to fill up.
The Democrat manager, rather then allow the tank to fill, just dumps millions of gallons of raw sewage into the lake - the sewer system collects both run off and waste water in the same system. Now he’ll be dumping unprocessed dead humans.
It will take more then a simple filter to fix that problem.
