An associate of Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz and a key figure into the federal probe against him pleaded guilty Monday to multiple crimes, including sex trafficking of a 17-year-old, according to news reports.
The associate, Joel Greenberg, a former Florida tax collector, pleaded guilty to six federal counts in a case that sparked a federal investigation into Gaetz. The congressman has denied any wrongdoing.

Yes, we are certainly "hardwired" that way, and we all know guys who seem to have zero self control when it comes to sex. But we also have a brain, a soul and a conscience, and there are a LOT of us men who have never lowered themselves to sleeping with prostitutes even if someone else was paying. Gaetz was 37 at the time, and should have had some impulse control. I hope that is the case, but it's not looking good.

RE: Gaetz is just another young single horny politician who when pretty young gals offered him services he could not turn them down. I have no problem with that other than the alleged 17 year old.
Does one have to first ask the girl’s age and know the age of consent in the state you’re in everytime a service is offered?

That would have come before the guilty plea. What, if anything, he had to use in order to get a reduction in his sentence will all come out eventually.
