The official announcement, signed by Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks, comes just a day after the CDC updated its guidelines to say fully vaccinated people “can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing,” except when required by law or regulations. It also comes shortly after reports that individual installations were starting to lift mask mandates. At the beginning of May, Defense One reported that U.S. Marines at Camp Lejeune, in North Carolina, were no longer required to wear masks inside many buildings on base if they’re fully vaccinated—including some gyms and most work facilities.
The DOD mask mandate was ordered by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin in February of this year and required anyone at any military installation worldwide to wear a mask if not inside their own home or inside an enclosed office alone, except for brief periods when eating or drinking, or to show one’s face for identification purposes.
Now, as the Defense Department surpasses 870,000 fully vaccinated personnel, the mandate has been partially lifted.
Per CDC regulations, those who are not fully vaccinated—including DOD’s 348,000 partially vaccinated personnel—are still required to wear masks in and around Defense Department facilities. Additionally, even fully vaccinated personnel are required to follow CDC guidance regarding where masks should be worn, such as airports.
As has always been the case, DOD gave commanders and supervisors the authority to make exceptions to the regulation to “ensure a safe workforce.”

I’m guessing the next biological attack on the battlefield will just require staying 6 feet from the enemy and a paper or cloth mask. No more bio suits or regulators since the mask are so effective.
Seems like coercion. It is an experimental substance. Not proven to be either safe nor effective in preventing of covid. The vaccinated are not sure of its effectiveness and so are constantly pushing the non vaccinated.

The mask mandate for outdoors was lifted a couple weeks ago. I was pumping gas yesterday and some lady with two masks and a plastic covering over her face gave me a dirty look.
The germophobes are going to be having panic attacks.
Isolating those that cannot be COVID vaccinated, because of an ongoing medical condition or situation, that are to continue wearing masks is a violate of the American Disabilities Act 1990, ADA Amendment Act of 2008, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, sections 503 & 504.
Singling a person out, discrimination, and subjecting them to uncommon behavior is illegal.
Those who NOT because of an ongoing medical condition or situation CHOOSE to not be COVID vaccinated do not have a case under law.
You are in some parts of the country.

I live in a relatively non coercive state. Not Florida. Trying to visit my native NYS. These people...they think they’re smart. They don’t know that about 60% of the people in France will not take it. That the mask mandate is now over because the 40% of the remaining US citizens will not take it. They don’t know that it is manufactured from fetal tissue. They don’t even realize it is not FDA approved.
FWIW, since Deep Stare has lied about do much regarding WuFlu, I think there’s a good chance they’re lying about vaccine uptake figs, too.
If you come to NYS, take care. We’re not in good shape up here. Our economy is a wreck, crime in out of control, and we just legalized weed.

Friend of mind saw someone at the pump, wearing multiple masks, trying to use a pump nozzle that had the yellow “OUT OF ORDER” baggie on it.
Oh, and she had a Biden bumper sticker....
