That stuff always burns me.
I am no fan of Islam, but I cannot imagine anyone looking at the First Amendment and saying “shall make no law ...” means we can outlaw Islam and shut all the mosques. As much as I might like to, I can’t: the Constitution says I can’t.
But when it comes to the Second Amendment? “shall not be infringed...”? Oh, our government sees a bazillion ways in which it can be infringed. Hey, who’s gonna stop ‘em??
