An election that can't be audited isn't an election. There is no transfer of power to a Speaker of the House - instead the election needs to be held because in effect, it never occurred.
The auditors have to find the point where the vertical jump was applied, b/c other Acorn blips will be hard to connect to a conspiracy to rig the election.

Well once all is done you'll have this audit and then you'll have the audit that the state did post election along with the recounts. So it'll be an election.

Again, nothing in the Constitution supports the idea of a new election. If the presidency and the vice-presidency are declared vacant then the Speaker of the House becomes president.
