An election that can't be audited isn't an election.

Well once all is done you'll have this audit and then you'll have the audit that the state did post election along with the recounts. So it'll be an election.

There is no transfer of power to a Speaker of the House - instead the election needs to be held because in effect, it never occurred.

Again, nothing in the Constitution supports the idea of a new election. If the presidency and the vice-presidency are declared vacant then the Speaker of the House becomes president.

Again, nothing in the Constitution supports the idea of a new election.

We haven't had an election yet. We had a fraud, yes, but not an election.
