Based on the article, it sounds like they’re not actually building any more of the wall; they’re making repairs to the levees and portions of the wall. That’s a misleading headline.
“Priority repairs of the wall are set to begin in six weeks, followed by the establishment of a concrete levee wall fit with safety barriers in six to nine months.”
And in the mean time, the invasion continues.
“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) explained in a statement that repairs will “protect border communities from physical dangers” left in the wake of the Trump administration’s wall construction.”
So now this is still all Trump’s fault! ESADJB.

This story is being denied. The Border Wall construction is to repair a damaged area where erosion was created and nothing more. I would like to see clarification.

Excellent news! Hopefully this work continues on through completion. This is an ambitious, but critical national security project which has been sorely needed for decades.
