The long and short of it: Fauci laundered the money through a third party to continue gain of function research through the lab in Wuhan.
I'm sure Fauci is counting on the Deep State having his back. If I were Fauci I wouldn't take that to the bank.

Rand Paul is not perfect. In particular, he didn’t do enough to stop the election fraud in 2020. But this article shows (once again) that he is one of the best Republican leaders out there.
