Drought and dry wildfire conditions. A pandemic. A recall election with a panoply of ambitious would-be adversaries.
Gov. Gavin Newsom has a lot of problems.
Money isn’t one of them.
This week he’s expected to release a revised state budget proposal that’s so flush with revenue he’ll be obliged by law to send some of it back to taxpayers in the form of refunds.

Not buying it.
Federal money. The other states are financing California’s wastefulness.
Calpers is underfunded, the roads are underfunded, and the water systems are underfunded. The teachers union, the public sector employees, and illegal aliens are fat and happy though. A day of reckoning is on the horizon.
How much of that comment is a LIE and how much of it FED GOVT $ - 50% - 50%!

Imagining raping the wealthy constituents with overtaxation, causing a mass exodus , then being considered a good leader.
Tax (steal) and spend democrats.
CalSTRS, too.
Gavin Newsom is the titular head of a criminal enterprise currently ruining California!

The tax money goes for the gov’t fat pensions.
Yea right lefty! I call BS to your unsupported and undocumented NO! GOOD BYE!
I’m pretty sure every state is underfunding their pensions.

I’m sure you’re right, meanwhile, last time I checked, my private pension from a Fortune 500 Company is funded at 245% and I’ve been collecting it for almost 22 years.
I’m probably the only Californian who won’t be getting a dime from all this great surplus. I’d like a tax refund since he apparently took more than he needed.
