Joe may not even be aware of this incident as foreign and military power is controlled by various parts of the cabal. My guess is that Valerie Jarrett and Samantha Powers are calling the shots maybe including John Kerry and other advisors. Biden is definitely not controlling the military forces in the Persian Gulf and if all hell breaks loose and a US warship is attacked he might be given a script to read, but he will be watching TV or asleep while events are happening in the war room

A while back the US military created a scenario similar to this, and the US lost. So, they kept changing the situation until the US won. Our military is still preparing for WWII.
