All you need to do is go literally anywhere and see help wanted signs that say “now hiring ALL Positions”... that means entry level to management in many cases, full spectrum.
It is all part of the progressive war on wages.
Time for business to go on strike. Consolidate locations and workforce. Shut everything else down. Team up with another franchise owner and staff.

Local Wendy’s has those signs and they offer a $500 sign on bonus, the local Big Boys as well can’t open their dinning rooms, drive thru only and they are offering $250 sign on.
A KFC near here had a sign offering $500 sign on bonus at $15/hr.
