Feel like I got hit by a truck. And this is just the beginning. Not really looking forward to the bext few days.

Hopefully, some of the Doctors, and proponents of treatment will chime in with helpful tips.
Several days worth of the RDA, taken each day, has been recommended for Vitamin D, Zinc and Vitamin C.
Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are prescription drugs, if your doc will prescribe. A liter of tonic water has about the quinine action (to shuttle zinc into the cells) as a standard Hydroxychloroquine pill. I think the over the counter food supplement Quercetin has also been recommended as a non-prescription alternative for that function.
Two other over the counter products, that were given to President Trump when he had COVID, were Famotidine (Pepcid AC) and 10 mg. of melatonin before bedtime (to sleep like a rock).
If things get severe, go to hospital. They have some powerful treatments for severe cases, like the Regeneron antibody cocktail that President Trump got (and then funded for everyone else in need). That stuff is next day relief of severe symptoms - first results felt within hours.

I really have heard of no downside from the Regeneron antibody infusion. Everybody I have heard of getting it has spoken very highly of it, including my best friend, who suffered badly from COVID, and declined quickly with pneumonia. He considered the Regeneron a Godsend.
Why suffer if you don’t need to. More importantly, severe COVID can scar the lungs, and cause other long lasting damage (as well as rather sudden death in some cases). No reason to take those risks. If they offer you Regeneron, I think it is wise to take it.
There is no shortage, where you might deprive someone else. They can make (and are making) plenty, and the Federal Government has funded the treatment for anyone who qualifies for it medically.
