Former President Donald Trump will move his political and fundraising base to his New Jersey golf club for the summer after attending a Mother's Day brunch at Mar-a-Lago on Sunday, according to sources familiar with the plans.
It puts him close to New York's financial center and within helicopter distance of glitzy parties, where billionaires rub shoulders during the Hamptons summer season.
And it means Bedminster, Trump's championship golf course, will become the center of operations as his allies plot against their enemies in the Republican party.

Will we see Chris there?
He’s a snowbird. So what.
Doing his best work in the heart of enemy territory.
New Jersey is hopelessly lost to the socialists / communists.
And the governor is a bucktoothed moron who works daily for the collapse of our representative republic.
I read that Trump - Force One, is not in flying condition and is parked in upstate NY.
I wonder if VP Harris has an estate in Idaho.
He can lease a plane to get there.
Or he’s under house arrest.
I see what you did there
I hope not

Could this be a way to prepare for a Trump-DeSantis ticket?
He’s getting tired of these middle of the night runs from Mara-lago to the Pentagon for meetings. π

Trump still has other planes that he owns and uses, but the big 757, decked out in real gold, costs about $18,000 an hour to use, while some of his smaller planes cost $5 to $6,000 per hour.
I know he's not broke, but that is a sizeable difference in bucks.
If he goes on the campaign trail to help some congress critters, he my want to hop into the big bird, especially if they hold the rally at the airport.
Rolling up in Trump Force One is very impressive.
So they say.
But it's definitely not the case at my club or among the guys I work with.
Nor is it likely the case for those who live in this Fairfield, NJ, house that I pass pretty regularly.
