Wife and I just moved to Oklahoma. Might be the reddest state in the union. Stand Your Ground, Castle doctrine, Constitutional carry, immunity if car strikes a protester blocking highway and The Heartbeat Law (no non-emergency abortions after detectable heartbeat). Virtually no masks. Restaurants and taverns full capacity. Weather can be rough, but it’s worth it.
I lived in OK almost 2 years.. yes the weather can be rough.. and HOT.
My brother lives in El Paso and has for years.. he knows the people in those southern border area.. its a different life out there.. they do wear cowboy hats snd boots and eat hot chili..
The lifestyle is more American than North East blue...
